Not long ago I produced a multimedia piece showing the rehabilitation of the Maplehurst Park properties here in Knoxville by local construction company Empire Construction. I’ve done a few projects for Empire, and every time I deal with them the word “classy” comes to mind.

I’m very glad that someone has seen fit to devote some time and $$$ to this property, it’s an important piece of Knoxville history! Here are the images that went into the final production…
